Description  CircPVT1 knockdown partly reverses the doxorubicin and cisplatin resistance of OS cells in vitro. CircPVT1 knockdown reduces the expression of classical multidrug resistance related gene-ABCB1 in OS cells. Serum circPVT1 may be a better diagnostic biomarker than ALP in OS.
