The area under the ROC curve (AUC) was 0.897 (Fig. 3), indicating that circRNA_102231 expression level had a potential clinical significance as a tumor marker and had the potential to help diagnosis and monitor therapeutic efficacy. circRNA_102231 inhibition suppressed lung cancer cells proliferation and invasion.
