Description  In order to quantify the level of circRNAs circzip-2 and cel_circ_000005 in PD model of C. elegans,we carried out quantitative real-time PCR wherein we observed the downregulation of circzip-2, the expression level of circzip-2 was significantly downregulated by 17.90-fold (p < 0.001) in PD model as compared to wild-type strain of C. elegans.
