Description  Expression levels of CSPP1 circRNA, containing exons 6-10, were much higher than those of the linear transcript from the CSPP1 gene (3.7-fold higher circRNA expression at E60. The circular nature of CSPP1 circRNAs was confirmed by their resistance to RNase R digestion using northern blot and quantitative PCR at the time-points of highest circRNA expression, E42 and E60 in cortex.
