| Description | In order to validate the existence of circRNAs, we performed verification by PCR amplification with a pair of outward-designed primers and a cDNA template. In total, primers and PCR reaction systems for six potential circRNAs were designed, including the circCNYPT5 whose expression was the highest among all exonic circRNAs. |
