| Description | As expected, the expression and backplicing junctions of the selected circRNAs, including circRNA1273, circRNA1040, circRNA1005, circRNA1013, circRNA1220, circRNA1195 and circRNA1088, were confirmed by RT-PCR in the total RNA and RNase R-treated RNA samples. Backsplicing junctions of circRNAs were amplified only in cDNA samples and further validated by Sanger sequencing. |
