Expression
Description  The antisense (ciRS-7) levels were several orders of magnitude higher than CDR1 mRNA levels, indicating that the non-coding antisense transcript is the predominant RNA species of the CDR1 locus. The circular CDR1 NAT (ciRS-7) is highly expressed in brain.
