Description    Following transfection for 48 h, the expression levels of miR 196a 5p were upregulated distinctly in the low-expression circDOCK1 group compared with the negative control in CAL 27 and SCC-9 cells, the expression levels of miR 196a 5p in the OSCC tissue were lower than those in the para carcinoma tissue as determined by qRT PCR.
